Performances

The Ligthart double-deck sliding platform combines a heavy-duty lower deck with a hydraulically operated upper deck. The front of the upper deck is driven by hydraulic spindles that can be adjusted infinitely and continuously, even under full load. These spindles are equipped with a lowering safety device, minimizing the risk of the upper deck lowering unintentionally. The rear of the upper deck is raised and lowered by two hydraulic cylinders. The lower deck tilts and slides via hydraulic cylinders, which can be operated independently using a two-hand control. The controls are designed for fine, subtle lever movements to ensure precision without jolts, and the control panel has been deliberately simplified so that even new drivers can operate the vehicle quickly and safely.
